I hate to burst your bubble, but these yummy dishes at some of your favorite restaurants, you may want to think twice before you order next time. In fact, you may want to think twice before you decide to eat somewhere other than home at all.   Check out some of the following food items and the amount of exercise necessary to work them off. 

McDonalds-Chicken Breast Strips

Amy Kelly from Trinity Fitness suggests squeezing these exercises into your busy schedule:
*  Instead of just walking around the house while you're straightening up, do lunges through your house.
*  While relaxing at the end of the night watching the news, get on the floor and do some stretches.  When commercials come on, rotate between doing a set of push ups and sit ups.  
*  After dinner have the family help clean the kitchen as fast as possible- make it a game.  Then turn on the music and have a dance party.
*  Only have 10 minutes and no equipment?  Jog in place, do some jumping jacks, knee lifts, squats.  There is no excuse NOT to squeeze some type of movement into your day.
